Player Fees:

$68.00 for All Players if you register by Monday March 4, 2013 (please register early!!)

$80.00 beginning March 5, 2013 until March 31, 2013

Spring 2013 REGISTRATION:

THIS SEASON WE WILL OFFER LEAGUES FOR:COED Over 30 on Sunday nights.

We are planning at least a ten (10) game season starting March 17, 2013

Coaches will be given a check at the start of the season to cover all referee fees. Each coach will be expected to pay half the Middle referee fee and each coach will pay the Sideline referee on their side before the game starts.

Middle referee receives $50.00, Sideline referee $30.00 per game.


 
*      TEAMS MUST REGISTER A MINIMUM OF 8 PLAYERS, MAXIMUM ON A ROSTER IS 25

FOR NEW PLAYERS ID CARDS PLEASE PROVIDE A SMALL COLOR PICTURE AND A readable COPY OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR PROOF OF AGE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE PICS ARE CLEARLY LABELED WITH THE PLAYER AND TEAM NAME.
